- Concerns around unemployment benefit II:
- Acceptance and forwarding of documents
- Counseling, handing out and explaining application forms
- Clarification of all concerns about your cash benefits (unemployment benefit II), except new application (here please call 0231 842-1110)
- Employment Service:
- Clearance of general concerns of the employment service (eg. B. Vacancies)
- Inquiries about funding (eg. Placement budget)
- Interim planning and counseling
- Applications and cancellations for local absences
- Case management:
- Counseling of people in very difficult family and other life situations
- Counseling on social and cultural participation
- Counseling on health promotion and health restrictions
- Output of the social ticket
- Output of the Dortmund Pass
