At the Butzstraße 48 we offer the residents competent help and advice. Besides us, there are also contact persons from the social welfare office and the family office of the Dortmund city. In the barrier-free offices on the first floor, you can now have many questions and concerns answered quickly without long distances or waiting times - just "right in the middle of things". 

• The Job Center provides information about its services, advises on finding a job and on funding opportunities. Social tickets and the Dortmund Pass can be applied for, as can advice on help in difficult life situations and health promotion.
• The Social Welfare Office provides on-site advice, for example, on benefits for subsistence, help with outpatient and inpatient care, all aspects of aging, or supports immigrants and volunteers who want to get involved in integration work.
• The employees of the Family offices are available to answer questions about childcare, arrange contacts with services for families, arrange language support programs or provide support in dealing with authorities and .
