No. For our customers who have already subscribed to the Sozial Ticket, the changeover to the DeutschlandTicket Sozial takes place automatically. The new chip card will be sent to them by post. It is therefore not necessary to apply for the ticket again. I have automatically received the DeutschlandTicket Sozial, but would like to switch back to the SozialTicket - how can I do this?
