With Jobcenter.digital you can communicate quickly and securely with the Jobcenter and process various concerns, including:
You use your personal profile, which is directly linked to your electronic benefit file (eFile) at the Jobcenter Dortmund.

You can use the jobcenter.digital services with a computer, laptop, tablet or smartphone. You need an internet connection.
The registration process is digital. To complete registration, you will need your personal access data that you have received for using the job exchange.
If you are not yet registered for the online services of the Federal Employment Agency, please proceed as follows:
Register in the first step with your private e-mail address and your postal address.
The access data with a PIN will then be sent to you automatically by post. In this letter you will be advised to make a call to the Service Center. There, the existing personal data will be merged with the Internet profile you have created and the profile will be activated. After this activation, you will be able to make full use of the eService offers.

There are several ways to get the access data for Jobcenter.digital:
Option 1: Register at jobcenter.digital. You will then receive a PIN by post. The service is activated for you from this point on.
Option 2: Use your personal access data that you have received for using the job exchange, e.g. from your employment agency.

Unfortunately, this is not possible. The digital services of the Jobcenter can only be used with an internet-capable terminal and internet access. This means that you cannot access the online services without internet access.
Yes. The Jobcentre's digital service will remain available regardless of the Corona Pandemic will continue to be available to you. You will therefore still be able to submit applications or documents online in the future.
