The registration process runs digitally. For the complete registration you need your personal access data, which you have received for the use of the job exchange.
If you are not yet registered for the online services of the Federal Employment Agency, please proceed as follows:
In the first step, register with your private e-mail address and your postal address.
The access data with a PIN will then be sent to you automatically by mail. In this letter, you will be advised to make a call to the service center. There, the merging of existing personal data with the Internet profile created by you and the activation of the profile. After this activation you can fully use the eService offers.

There are several ways to get the access data for Jobcenter.digital:
Option 1: Register at jobcenter.digital. Afterwards, you will receive a PIN by mail. The service is activated for you from this point on.
Option 2: Use your personal access data that you have received for the use of the job exchange, e.g. from your employment agency.
Option 3: Just talk to us at your next visit or call us. We will be happy to help you.
Unfortunately, this is not possible. The digital services from the Jobcenter can only be used with an Internet-enabled terminal and Internet access. You can therefore not access the online services without Internet access.

Yes. The Job Center's digital service will continue to be available to you regardless of the Corona pandemic. So you will still be able to make applications or submit documents online.
