The registration process is digital. To complete registration, you will need your personal access data that you have received for using the job exchange.
If you are not yet registered for the online services of the Federal Employment Agency, please proceed as follows:
In the first step, register with your private e-mail address and your postal address.
The access data with a PIN will then be sent to you automatically by post. In this letter, you will be advised to call the Service Center. There, the existing personal data will be merged with the Internet profile you have created and the profile will be activated. After this activation, you can make full use of the eService offers.

Yes, the Jobcenter's digital service will remain available to you regardless of the Corona pandemic. You can therefore continue to submit applications or documents online.
