The DeutschlandTicket Sozial is an additional mobility offer from DSW21 for people who receive a citizen's allowance in Dortmund.The DeutschlandTicket Sozial is a monthly subscription that has been available for 39 euros per month since December 1, 2023. It allows federal use of local public transport and is aimed at the same group of beneficiaries as the <a href="https://jobcenterdortmund.de/de/articles/sozialticket-meinticket">SozialTicket</a>. The DeutschlandTicket Sozial is an additional offer. The Sozial Ticket will remain in place. The application process will not change for our customers. No. For our customers who have already subscribed to the Sozial Ticket, the changeover to the DeutschlandTicket Sozial takes place automatically. The new chip card will be sent to them by post. It is therefore not necessary to apply for the ticket again. I have automatically received the DeutschlandTicket Sozial, but would like to switch back to the SozialTicket - how can I do this?
