Our mission is to integrate people with a refugee background into the labor market even faster. The "Job-Turbo" focuses on rapid employment with accompanying support, because gainful employment is the key to sustainable integration.

How does the Job Turbo work for you?

• Rapid employment: Even without perfect German language skills, rapid integration into the job market is possible.
• Language and skills acquisition on the job: By working, you not only improve your German language skills, but also develop professional skills.
• Employment support: We support you closely with career information and offers to make your integration sustainable.

Three phases to professional integration

1. Phase 1: Orientation + first language acquisition (A2/B1)
2. Phase 2: Job + accompanying qualification: Rapid job placement and language and skills acquisition on the job.
3. Phase 3: Stabilization + further development as a specialist

How you can participate

If you receive an invitation to a personal interview at the job center, please make sure you attend the appointment so that we can discuss your career path together. If you do not receive an invitation at short notice, we are available at any time. You are welcome to make an appointment with your personal contact or contact us via our Service Center (Mon-Fri 8 am - 6 pm), via your personal mailbox at jobcenter.digital or send us an appointment request via our contact form.

• Let us find the right personnel for you at events, such as applicant days or speed dating.

For measure providers & network members:

• Support the target group through active advertising and help with the job search.
• Engage in networking at all levels.

Our funding opportunities:

• Professional support from the BAMF, building on integration courses.
• Financial support from companies through integration grants.
• Trial employment relationship to determine knowledge.
• Initial allowance for recipients of citizen's allowance when starting work.
• Coaching to stabilize the new employment relationship.
