Cooperation plan

If you receive Citizen's Income, work with your Jobcenter advisor to draw up a cooperation plan that focuses on the essentials and is easy to understand. In the cooperation plan, we jointly set a goal and describe how we want to achieve it. All the necessary steps are summarized compactly so that you can see at a glance which measures we are taking together.

The cooperation plan is legally non-binding and emphasizes a trusting and cooperative partnership. It is particularly important that you adhere to the agreements made in order to successfully achieve your goal. Non-compliance could result in binding demands for necessary measures in the integration process.

In the event of differences of opinion regarding the cooperation plan, there is the possibility of a mediation procedure. Please get in touch with your contact person at the Jobcenter. Further information on the arbitration procedure can be found in the flyer in the download area.
