The case management in the Jobcenter Dortmund cares for you as a customer, if you are unemployed for more than two years without interruption (long-term unemployed) and in this time, together with other people, have received benefits from the Jobcenter in a community of need (so-called long-term benefit receipt).

With targeted and frequent contacts, you work together to find a way to live independently of SGB II benefits together with your community of need. In a trusting atmosphere and with the help of individual counseling, possible personal or health difficulties are uncovered that have so far blocked your employment.

Your case manager will then determine the individual steps of your individual strategy together with you. Assistance - also from other parties involved (e.g. debtors' counseling) - is controlled and coordinated here, and subsequently evaluated.
