The Maßnahme beim Arbeitgeber (MAG) offers you a special opportunity to find your dream job. In the first half of 2023, 297 of our Dortmund Jobcenter customers took part in a MAG, and 142 of them were hired directly afterwards. That corresponds to a success rate of 48 percent!

What exactly is a MAG? Quite simply! A MAG allows you to complete a trial job with a potential employer. This allows you to get to know each other and find out whether the chemistry is right and whether you can work well together. The trial work also offers an opportunity to gain initial work experience.
